The Trans-Canada highway (French: direction Transcanadienne) is a transcontinental federal-provincial highway gadget that travels through all ten provinces of Canada from the Pacific Ocean on the west to the Atlantic on the east. the principle direction spans 7,821.9 kilometres (four,860.9 mi) throughout the united states, one of the longest routes of its type inside the international. The highway gadget is recognizable by means of its distinctive white-on-green maple leaf direction markers, although there are small versions inside the markers in a few provinces.
