First, talk with your DJ as many professional DJs can create a short version of popular songs so that it doesn’t sound like it is cutoff. They can make them around 2 minutes which is a perfect length to prevent awkwardness in the dance. My favorite for your situation is Humble and Kind by Tim McGraw. Hope this helps!

Hi Tabby. I would not do a slow song but more upbeat that has less to do with love and more about family. A newer song for an example would be Meanwhile Back At Mama’s by Tim McGraw.
